Express Entry (Canada)

A distinctive feature of the new system is that the candidate cannot independently submit documents to one of the three programs (Federal Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades Program). First, you need to fill out an online profile, after which the Express Entry system selects candidates based on certain criteria and requirements of the programs listed above, then candidates receive an invitation to submit documents for immigration – Invitation to Apply.

The online application form must also include a job offer from a Canadian employer or a provincial invitation approved by the LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment). In case a potential candidate does not have such invitations, he/she should register on a special website for job search in Canada – Job Bank (http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/home-eng.do?lang=eng). With the help of the official Job Bank website a candidate can find a legal employer in Canada and increase his/her chances of immigration.

Express Entry is an online system that we use to manage immigration applications from skilled workers.
There are 3 immigration programs managed through Express Entry:

Canadian Experience Class

For skilled workers who have Canadian work experience work experience must have been gained in the 3 years before you apply
